It takes too long to return a defective Dyson V12 Detect Slim

On January 2, 2023, I placed an order for a Dyson V12 Detect Slim, and I received it on January 5, 2023. Due to a surplus, we sent back an extension product from Dyson on January 5th, using the same cargo company that originally delivered it. It has been 17 days since I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive it. The return process was transferred to a different team on January 19, but it hasn't been completed as of this writing. Unfortunately, it appears that I am not the only one who has had a negative encounter with Dyson. People are still waiting for their refunds after more than a month has passed. Since Dyson's return policy appears to be difficult to navigate, I would caution others against making any purchases from their store.
