On August 31st, I placed an order for a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute through dyson.com. I have the order confirmation email, order number, and the transaction is visible on my credit card statement. Dyson claims that orders placed before a certain time are shipped on the same day. After waiting three days, I contacted Dyson to inquire about my order status, but the representatives said they couldn’t locate my order and would get back to me after investigating the issue. It’s been two more days and several phone calls since then, yet Dyson has not provided a solution. I am unable to receive the vacuum I paid for, and since they cannot find the order, I can’t get a refund or even a clear answer. My research online shows that many others have faced similar issues. It's unacceptable for a multinational company like Dyson to handle orders so irresponsibly. I urgently request that my order be located and the vacuum delivered to me, or that my payment be refunded promptly.
