Dyson Has Not Updated or Refunded My Missing V12 Detect Slim Absolute Order


I ordered the Dyson V12 Detect Slim on December 2, but two days later, I still can’t track my order on Dyson’s website. When I contacted customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and couldn’t even confirm my order.
This is incredibly disappointing and not what I expected from Dyson. A brand known for premium products should provide a seamless customer experience, but instead, I’m left in the dark about the status of my purchase.
Dyson, please address this issue urgently. I need confirmation of my order and proper tracking information immediately. Customers deserve better support and transparency, especially when purchasing high-end products.
