On July 22, 2025, I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum through the Hepsiburada app, selecting Dyson Türkiye as the seller to ensure authenticity and peace of mind. However, I was shocked to discover that several of the attachments shown in the official product video on Hepsiburada were missing from the box.

I paid ₺30,000 for this product, expecting everything shown in the promotional content to be included. The attachments missing were clearly presented in the marketing video, and their absence has left me feeling misled and incredibly disappointed. This kind of mismatch between advertisement and delivered product is unacceptable—especially from a brand like Dyson that markets itself as premium and trustworthy.

It’s a serious blow to Dyson’s image, and I urge both Dyson Türkiye and Hepsiburada to immediately address this issue. I want the exact attachments shown in the product video to be delivered to me without any further hassle. I did not spend this amount of money to receive a stripped-down version of what was promised. Dyson, if you care about your customers and your reputation, please resolve this promptly.

I received a response from Dyson. The representative at the call center said that the mentioned attachments used to be included in the box contents, but that they are no longer provided, and that the problem occurred because the promotional video is outdated. When I pointed out that this misleads the consumer, the representative agreed but did not offer any solution. As I told them, we will resolve the issue through legal channels. We will seek our rights through the Consumer Arbitration Committee or consumer courts. Dyson is already a regret. There is no need to pay this much money.
