Dyson V15 Hepa Cordless Vacuum Purchase Issue

I purchased the Dyson V15 Hepa cordless vacuum from the Dyson online store on March 22, 2024, and made a payment of ₺23,999 with my credit card. However, there was a system error, and despite the payment being processed, I couldn't access the order details. I waited for my order to appear in the system for two to three days, and after four days, the refund was processed. Then, on March 26, 2024, I ordered the GEN5 model and paid ₺28,999. After a process lasting more than a week, my money was refunded, and unfortunately, the price on their website is now listed as ₺34,000. I've been left hanging, feeling like a victim. Dyson has been showing the product for sale online for over two weeks, taking people's money, using it for a while, then refunding without delivering the product and raising the price. This has been a huge disappointment for me.

I experienced great disappointment due to this situation. Despite writing to Şikayetvar, no one contacted me.
