How to Request a Missing Dyson Airwrap Part – Filter Cleaner Not in Box

On October 17, 2025, at 6:23 p.m., I purchased a Dyson Airwrap set from your Kanyon store. My receipt number is 0008 and my document number is fsd. When I first opened the box, I only started using the straightening attachment. After some time, I opened and began using the other attachments. When I finally emptied the box completely, I realized that the filter cleaning attachment was missing.
I opened the product at home, and when I noticed the missing part, I went back to the Kanyon store. However, the store staff insisted that it was impossible for the attachment to be missing from the box and refused to assist me.
My product is still under warranty. I request that the missing filter cleaning attachment be provided to me as soon as possible.
