I ordered a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute model cordless vacuum cleaner from Dyson Turkey on Tuesday, December 20. While I was waiting for my parcel to be sent to me for a week, today I got the message "Your order has been canceled at your request" on my phone. I immediately called Dyson's customer service and requested that the product I ordered be shipped and sent to me, as I did not have any cancellation requests. However, they said that they would create a record and evaluate the issue. Normally, the order should be shipped in 3 working days, but I am complaining about the cancellation of the order without my knowledge and request, by waiting for a week. I want my order to be shipped to me as soon as possible, otherwise, I will take legal action.
