My Roborock Q8 App Won't Install on Samsung A13

I am using a Roborock QR 798 robot vacuum cleaner, and I am unable to install the Roborock mobile application on my Samsung A13 phone. When I try to download the app from Google Play, I receive a message stating that my device is not compatible, so I cannot complete the installation. Because of this incompatibility, I cannot use the app and therefore cannot access or manage all the features of my Roborock vacuum as intended. I have not yet contacted Roborock or Samsung support; instead, I am first submitting this complaint in order to find a clear solution. I kindly request that a solution be provided that will allow me to use all features of my Roborock QR 798 together with my Samsung A13, whether by making the app compatible with this device or by offering a practical alternative method that provides the same functions.
