I Won The Jackpot At Bets10 But I Wasn't Paid And Myaccount Was Closed

On the recommendation of a friend, I recently opened a new account and started playing on Bets10 Casino. About 10 days ago, I won a jackpot of approximately 350,000 TL. This amount was fully reflected in my account balance, and I even submitted a withdrawal request via bank transfer. Shortly afterwards, my withdrawal request was cancelled, documents were requested from me, and I sent all of the requested documents. My documents were approved, but after a short time, my account was temporarily closed to access without any clear explanation. Since then, I have been in contact with Bets10 only via email, but despite all my correspondence, I have not received a clear answer as to why my account was closed, when it will be opened, or what will happen to my balance of 350,000 TL. I have fulfilled all my obligations, provided all the documents, and acted in good faith, yet I am unable to access my account or use my balance. I request that my Bets10 account be reopened as soon as possible, that I be allowed to withdraw part of my balance via bank transfer and continue playing as before, and that I receive a clear explanation and an apology regarding this process.
