Dyson Failed to Provide an Invoice for my V15 Detect Absolute Order

I bought a V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner from Dyson Turkey on March 19, 2023. The order number was 7000941581. But as of April 14, 2023, I still haven't gotten the product's invoice. When I called WhatsApp's helpline, they said the invoice had been sent, but I still haven't seen it in my email, even after checking my spam folder and all of my email accounts. Also, even though I told them during the order process that I wanted a company invoice, they say I asked for an individual invoice. When I returned a different product because they didn't send me a company invoice, I ran into the same problem. If the problem is not fixed soon, I will tell the Trade Ministry about it.
