Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Sent for Warranty Destroyed without Approval

As a result of the malfunction of my Dyson brand wired vacuum cleaner, I contacted customer service on 25.05.2023 and sent it to their Istanbul headquarters on 27.05.2023 with cargo number 20000145181203 (Kargo KolayGelsin) on 27.05.2023 to find out the cause of the malfunction and to repair it in line with their wishes. If it cannot be repaired, they will notify me, if I want, they can return my vacuum cleaner to me again. This is how they talked on the phone. On 30.05.2023, hour: 11:19 on 30.05.2023, I called customer service to ask if my vacuum cleaner had reached you and they said that it had and that it could not be repaired. They said that they could not give details about the reason and that authorized persons would return to me. Then, on 30.05.2023 at 11:37, I sent an e-mail to the support services asking for information about my vacuum cleaner. They asked for my name, surname and phone information, my e-mail address, I wrote a reply from the e-mail, and the answer they gave me is as follows: "Hello Ms. Nuray, There does not seem to be any record with the information you have provided." Then I called customer service again on 30.05.2023 at 14:51. The lady on the phone said that my vacuum cleaner was reserved for destruction. When I told her that I did not have such a request, I guess she must have blurted out this information, and then she kept me waiting on the phone and said that in order not to give me false information, she talked to other departments and said that she would get back to me and made a note of it. Subsequently, I became suspicious and called again on 30.05.2023 at 16:42 due to being kept waiting and not being able to get information. I told the lady, whose name I learned was C**** in customer service, that I wanted my vacuum cleaner to be sent to me and even carefully packaged and sent with the same care as I sent it carefully. They took their notes and said they would send your product. Today, on 31.05.2023 at 13:49, Mr. N** called me and said that your product was "DISPOSED". I was so surprised that how could my vacuum cleaner be destroyed without my knowledge and without such a request. What kind of business ethics and customer satisfaction is this? Is this how they solve all malfunctions? Urgently, they will either send back my machine and its pipes undamaged as I sent them or send me a new vacuum cleaner with a new cable. Otherwise I will take legal action.
