On December 17, 2024, I purchased a Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner (Order No. 487 299 538 4), which was delivered on December 21, 2024. Upon unboxing and testing, I discovered the vacuum was malfunctioning, running intermittently.
I contacted Dyson customer service and received a return code (10000099771583) and a project code (233892) to return the product via Yurtiçi Kargo. On December 27, 2024, I sent the vacuum to Dyson Çayırova, Kocaeli (Tracking No. 266060392657), and it was confirmed delivered on December 28, 2024.
When I called Dyson, they informed me that the purchase was made through Hepsiburada and suggested contacting them. However, Hepsiburada customer service stated they could not assist because the product was sent directly to Dyson. Dyson later informed me that an investigation was ongoing.
It has been seven days since Dyson received the product. I fail to understand what requires such an extensive investigation. I am requesting Dyson to expedite the process and issue my refund immediately.
