Dyson Gen5 Malfunctioned Multiple Times, Spent ₺26,999 on a Product I Can’t Use

I purchased a Dyson Gen5 Detect on 11.12.2023 from İstanbul Meydan AVM. Regrettably, the product experienced a malfunction in the hose area, resulting in a significant impact on its performance. I contacted Dyson on 04.03.2024, and they kindly offered to replace the main body of the product. They assured me that there was no need to send it to a service center as they would conveniently send the replacement directly to my address. However, on May 17, 2024, I faced the same problem once more. The issue with the hose area continued, resulting in my product's inability to operate at its maximum potential. I reached out to Dyson once more, and this time they promptly assisted me by creating a service request. I sent my product to the service center, and they notified me by email that they had once again replaced the main body and that the product was now functioning perfectly. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that none of the cleaner heads were functioning properly. None at all! I reached out to Dyson again and returned my product to the service center. On 27.05.2024, they replaced the main body for the third time and informed me that the digital motor cleaner head was broken. They assured me that they would send me a new one. I've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the new cleaner head since May 27, 2024. During this entire process, I encountered the same problem in the hose area three times. On 01.08.2024, I brought my product to the service center myself, with the intention of discussing the issue in depth with a technician. Unfortunately, their lack of concern was evident. I requested a replacement with a new Gen5 Detect or a refund, as this product clearly has a defect. However, they decided to replace the main body once again. Unfortunately, without a turbo cleaner head, the product can't be used. When I reached out to Dyson, they informed me that they currently do not have any stock available. They mentioned the possibility of receiving new stock in September, but they couldn't provide any assurance that my cleaner head would be included. I spent ₺26,999, and I feel like I've wasted my money. It's really frustrating that I spent a significant amount of money on a product that I am unable to utilize. I've endured this entire process, and I would like a refund.
