Dyson V8 Vacuum Stops During Use and Dust Bin Won’t Stay Closed

I’ve been using my Dyson V8 vacuum for 1.5 years, and it’s now constantly stopping mid-use. It interrupts cleaning every few seconds, making it impossible to clean efficiently. Additionally, the dust bin doesn’t stay securely closed and often opens on its own during use.

These recurring issues are incredibly frustrating, especially considering the vacuum’s high price and reputation for quality. I expect Dyson to address these problems immediately and provide a solution, whether through repair or replacement.

Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter. I rely on this product for daily cleaning, and this level of performance is unacceptable for a Dyson product. Immediate assistance is needed!

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
