My Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner has been experiencing issues since I first started using it. Initially, it would stop working a few times during operation, but this problem has progressively worsened over time. Despite cleaning the filters multiple times and performing all recommended maintenance, the issue persists and has become increasingly frustrating.
I rely on this product for daily cleaning, and its frequent interruptions make it nearly unusable. I expect better performance from a brand as reputable as Dyson. I request an urgent resolution, either through repair or replacement, as this issue is clearly not due to improper care. Please address this problem promptly, as it has caused significant inconvenience.
