Dyson V15 Vacuum Keeps Stopping and Restarting – Performance Dropped

I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner in July 2023, and despite being just 1.5 years old, its performance has significantly declined. While using it, the vacuum randomly stops and starts again multiple times, even though I am holding the trigger the entire time.

I have fully charged the battery, cleaned the vacuum, and even replaced the filter, yet the issue persists. For a high-end vacuum at this price point, I did not expect it to develop problems so quickly.

I need urgent support from Dyson customer service to resolve this issue. What is causing this, and how can it be fixed? Please provide a solution immediately!

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
