I purchased a Dyson V15, and during my very first cleaning session, the rubber seal on the dustbin came off. I have tried multiple times to reattach it, but it simply won’t fit back into place.
It has only been one month since I bought the vacuum, and this issue is not due to misuse. I took photos of the defective part to prove the problem. A premium product like Dyson should not have parts failing so quickly.
I expect an immediate resolution. Dyson, please provide a replacement part or a proper fix for this issue as soon as possible. This is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as high-quality!
