Famradar Charged My Mastercard Without Consent – Refund Request

I discovered that Famradar has taken several payments from my Mastercard without my consent or any subscription being arranged. First there was a charge of 2.99, and later there were additional debits of around 43 euro / 49 USD in June and July, one of which was taken while I was in Bulgaria. I did not sign up for any Famradar trial, monthly or yearly subscription, nor did I authorize these payments. I tried to find a way to contact Famradar support but I have not been able to reach them or get any response. My bank also does not allow me to make a screenshot of my statement, so I cannot attach it, but these unauthorized charges clearly appear in my card history under the name of Famradar. I request that all these unauthorized payments be fully refunded, that any Famradar subscription or account linked to my card be immediately canceled, and that any future debits from Famradar to my card be permanently blocked. I ask Famradar to review this situation urgently and solve it as soon as possible.
