When I try to log in, I see a message that says “gender search” but I have never used or abused any gender search feature in the game. The ban ID shown on my screen is 0f678fdf. I believe this is a mistake and that I have not violated the rules. I request that you review this ban in detail, remove the ban on my account, and allow me to continue using Umingle normally.
