Dyson V15 Vacuum Anti-Tangle Mini Motorhead Malfunction

I bought a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner seven months ago and have had problems with the Anti-Tangle Mini Motorhead attachment since day one. It simply will not detach from the main body. I had hoped that it would get easier with time, but today I had to use so much force to separate it from the device that one of my fingers swelled. This is not a problem with any other attachments or appliances in my house. I contacted Dyson's customer service via WhatsApp, and their response was incredible. They casually mentioned that it could take 8-9 months for the device to loosen up and advised me not to use it frequently, which is ironic given that this is the attachment I use the most. Spending a significant amount of money on a product with such difficulty in detachment calls the brand's quality into question. Dear Dyson, I eagerly await your assistance.
