Dyson V15 Detect Extra Vacuum Head Problem


I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Extra model from İzmir İstinyePark on 04/02/2023. Within just 1-2 months, the mini Motorhead and crevice tool started having difficulty fitting into the main body. Hoping it would improve, we continued using it, but the problem persisted. On 20/01/2024, we contacted Dyson customer service to explain the issue. We highlighted that we had previously owned the V8 model without encountering such problems. Unfortunately, the customer service representative did not provide any solution-oriented assistance. Due to a technical problem stemming from the product itself, we are unable to effectively use the vacuum cleaner. We urgently await the brand to address and resolve this matter.
