My Dyson V15 Damaged During Warranty Repair - Still No Resolution

About six months ago, I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner. This was actually my second Dyson cordless vacuum, as I had been satisfied with the first one. However, the seal in the dustbin came off and tore. I was told that the part would be replaced under warranty and that both the dustbin and motor section would be collected by their contracted shipping company. They asked me to place the product in a box. We carefully packaged every part of the device using bubble wrap and handed it over to the courier. A week later, I received a message stating that the issue had been resolved, and the product was delivered back to me. When I opened the box, I saw the new dustbin, but I also noticed that the metal part on the motor section of the vacuum was dented and deformed. I contacted customer service to explain the situation. The representative I spoke to said they had noted the issue and that my grievance would be resolved. However, later I was informed that Dyson’s Istanbul service had recorded the metal part as already dented when they received the product, and they said there was nothing they could do. Despite many follow-up calls with customer service, no resolution was reached. They told me replacing the metal body would cost ₺5,600. No matter how much I explained the situation, they insisted the product had been received in that condition and took no responsibility, essentially making it my fault. Now I’m left using a damaged product that I paid ₺25,000 for, with no solution offered and the same response given each time. As a Dyson customer, I sincerely hope this issue will be addressed and resolved.
