Hello, my Dyson V15 cordless vacuum has two major issues. First, the laser on the cleaner head has stopped working, even though there is no on/off switch to control it. This happened much sooner than expected, and I have never exposed it to moisture or damage.
Second, both of my carpet cleaner heads are stuck and won’t detach from the vacuum. Despite following proper usage and maintenance, I cannot remove them, making it impossible to switch attachments.
I expect Dyson to address these issues immediately—either provide a fix or offer a replacement for the faulty parts. This is not the quality I expected from a premium vacuum, and I need urgent assistance!
