Dyson V12 Detect Slim Furniture Adapter Locked and Unusable – No Warranty Coverage

On September 7, 2023, I bought my Dyson V12 vacuum with the promise that all parts were covered and would be replaced if they broke or got damaged. But now, the furniture adapter has cracked, and Dyson let me know that this part isn't covered by the warranty and can be bought separately. So, why did I invest a fortune in the V12? If I had purchased a different product and bought its parts individually, it would have been a lot less expensive. I picked this product because of its warranty, but now I really regret it. I want a solution to this problem.
