Dyson V12 Detect Slim Furniture Adapter Locked and Unusable – No Warranty Coverage


The under-furniture attachment of my Dyson V12 Absolute vacuum has broken, and when I contacted customer service, I was told it’s not covered under warranty. It’s disappointing to hear that they claim it’s a user error when many people are facing the same issue. This response from a company like Dyson is unacceptable.
I’ve always been satisfied with my vacuum and recommended it to others, but experiencing such a problem with a part I rarely use has left me frustrated. Dyson needs to acknowledge this widespread issue and offer a proper solution under warranty.
