Dear Dyson Support,

I purchased a Dyson V10 vacuum a year ago, and within 2-3 months, the 90-degree rotating under-furniture attachment broke. When I called to have it covered under warranty, I was told it needed to be practically non-functional. After a few more months of use, it eventually broke beyond usability, and they agreed to cover it under warranty, sending a new part. I used the replacement twice, and it broke again. I suspect a manufacturing issue. When I called again, I was informed that under warranty, I could only order the same part once within a year, and the system wouldn't accept it. However, at the time of purchase, I was told three part replacements were covered under warranty. While other parts are fine, it seems there's a common problem with this specific attachment. I was told to wait a year or pay for a new one, which seems like an illogical system. What's the point of a two-year warranty if it's not upheld? I'm thoroughly disappointed with Dyson; my previous Beko vacuum never presented such issues.
