Since buying it, it's been broken. The firm promised to fix it three times, but it broke again soon after. It's inexcusable for a corporation to sell shoddy goods and provide terrible service. I've tried to resolve this issue with the company, but they don't seem to care. This product has frustrated me. I'm tired of wasting time and money on this stuff. Replace or refund the product. This thing cost a lot, thus I expect it to work. I'll sue if the corporation can't help. Company products and customer service should be held accountable, right? I hope my experience will make others wary when buying from this company and demand improved quality control and customer service. I hope this firm will apologize and fix their product.
