I Can't Return Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Despite 15 Days Long Return Option

In short, I have been trying to return a product that I'm not satisfied with, but nope, not a chance... I haven't been able to get a response from them. I don't feel like, I know for a fact that they don't care about their customers and don't take responsibility for their faulty products. I honestly say I had high expectations for the brand and feel like I wasted my money. If they want advice, I can say Dyson needs to improve their customer service and take customer complaints more seriously. I have done nothing wrong, I made a simple request but Dyson doesn't even check their emails. There is no customer-oriented service whatsoever. They say that the product can be returned within 15 days, but that's only if they bother to respond to you. I haven't been able to, I don't think you will too but up to you everyone!
