Dyson Customer Service Blaming Me for Their Flawed Product
Dyson's customer service left me hanging, quite literally, and it was incredibly disappointing. I initiated a video call, but unfortunately, they abruptly ended it without providing the necessary explanation. Unfortunately, Dyson claims that it's disappointingly normal for their vacuum to gather dust around the edges of the attachments rather than inside. They say I should constantly clean it, but it's disappointing that they even suggest that the foul odor coming from the filter is also normal and that I should replace it regularly. If it were my mistake, I would have eagerly made the change. However, no matter how many times I clean it, it inexplicably stays damp and continues to emit an unpleasant odor, despite their supposed assurance. To make matters worse, they insinuate that I'm being dishonest, despite the fact that I've given them old, neglected photos. They insist the performance is fine, but I'm disappointed. It's such a disappointment, and the peeling paint problem is just another frustrating situation, which they conveniently put the blame on us. I am deeply disappointed and will not be purchasing or endorsing Dyson products in the future. I'm sorry to hear that they're not standing behind their products, and it's disappointing to hear that their customer service is appalling.
