I have been using my Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner for about five months, and during normal vacuuming, we noticed that the cleaning head broke. Even though we have not used the product for a long time, the fact that the head broke in such a short period has been very disappointing.

I purchased the product through Trendyol, but I currently do not have the order or invoice number. However, considering the short usage period and the way the part broke, I believe this is a manufacturing or material-related defect.

I am requesting that Dyson replace the broken cleaning head of my V10 vacuum free of charge under warranty. If necessary, I am open to having the product inspected so that the issue can be resolved and my inconvenience addressed.
