Our Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner's carpet cleaning head broke at the neck during normal use. Although the product's warranty has expired, the fact that a supposedly long-lasting part has broken so quickly has greatly diminished our trust in the brand. After conducting some research online, I discovered that this particular part is generally problematic and prone to breaking prematurely. When I contacted the service center, I was informed that they do not have the replacement part in stock. We had set aside our previous Philips Marathon vacuum cleaner after purchasing this one, and now we are solely relying on this vacuum.
