Dyson Sold Me a Defective V15 Vacuum with No Solution

I bought the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, from Turkey, which we all loved months ago. The laser head that we all bought for the sake of everyone has not worked even once since the day it arrived. I made my application within the warranty period. It was said that a new one would be sent to replace the defective head that was produced and put up for sale. Weeks and months passed. They just linger on the phone and don't send it with a lie - out of stock - On the other hand, it advertises to influencers every day that they have updated stocks. When I say this, they explain that -machine stocks have been updated, but spare parts stocks have not-. Find a solution for the defective product you sold before you try to sell new products! My battle with you will not be over until I remove the solid working laser head from one of the vacuum cleaners you advertise on websites and influencers because it is updated daily and send it to me instead of the defective one you sold me!
