Problems with Dyson V15's Repairs and Inconsistent Information

On January 25th, we purchased a Dyson V15 from Dyson Turkey. Soon after, the device's internal roller head failed. On July 8th, my wife contacted Dyson's WhatsApp service, and they assured us that the faulty part would be replaced. However, we've received messages since that date stating that they can't proceed due to parts being out of stock. Three weeks later, we received a phone call from a specific number claiming that the part was in stock and that the product would be shipped. The Dyson call center, however, later denied this call, leaving us bewildered and frustrated. This ordeal has left us in a state of limbo, with no end in sight. Dyson Turkey needs to improve their customer service and keep their promises. It's been a frustrating journey that has taken far too long to complete.
