I’ve had nothing but problems with my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner since I bought it. I’ve now sent the machine in for repair four separate times, all under warranty. It was returned again just yesterday, and once again—it’s still not working.
Each time, Dyson claims the issue is fixed, but the vacuum either doesn’t turn on properly or stops functioning shortly after use. I’m repeatedly sending it in with the same exact problem, and it keeps coming back in the same condition or worse. This back-and-forth is exhausting, and frankly, unacceptable for a brand that claims to deliver high-end performance and reliability.
At this point, I no longer want another repair. I am formally requesting a full replacement unit. The amount of time and effort I’ve wasted trying to get this resolved is beyond reasonable. Dyson, please take responsibility for this recurring failure and make it right by sending a new, functioning product immediately.
