Dyson sent me a defective Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde

On December 31, 2022, I made a purchase at the Dyson store in Istanbul a Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde Purifier. When the device was first installed in the home, it was delivered with an exclamation point on the ventilations, and the fans did not turn on. After explaining the problem to Dyson's customer service, they immediately opened a service record and confirmed the issue via video chat. In most cases, a faulty product shouldn't even reach the market. Cancellation of purchase and requirement for return or exchange of product. Please don't try to fix it and send it back to me as soon as possible. If I didn't get a new one, I'd have to use my lawyer's clout to get what I want. For now, it has been a disappointing shopping process for me.
