Hello everyone, I purchased a Dyson Vacuum and Air Purifier in November 2023 due to my child's allergies, as recommended by the doctor. Without even asking about the price, I bought them in Istanbul Bahçeşehir on the specified date. I used the devices for a month, and then the Air Purifier malfunctioned. The service came and took the device, but it's been a whopping 40 days and my device still hasn't been returned. Despite informing them about my child's condition, their approach, attention, and care are unbelievably poor. They may have the Dyson name, but mark my words: there will definitely be serious problems with the service when you buy. The service quality does not match the amount of money paid at all.
