Dyson Refused Warranty for My Faulty V10 Cyclone Absolute and Blamed User Error

We purchased a Dyson V10 Cyclone Absolute Cordless Vacuum Cleaner (Serial No: T8P-EU-SAR4699A) with the invoice numbered TEA2023000129252 and dated 10-04-2023. First, there was a problem with the trigger mechanism of the vacuum cleaner, then cracks appeared in the dust collection chamber. There are no small children at home, the vacuum cleaner was used carefully and kept on its own stand when not in use. We called the service to request repair from the warranty for the problems, they examined the problems visually on the phone screen and made a ''user error decision''. It was used meticulously, it was definitely not dropped, it was not hit with any hard objects, still a user error decision was made. Dyson disappointed us, This attitude negatively affected our decision regarding the quality of the product. This is not an attitude that suits customer satisfaction policy, the technical service's attitude towards the brand and the product is also very wrong. Dyson did not accept warranty responsibility for the defective and problematic product, and victimized its customers.

Ms. Sena from customer service called and stated that the company does not accept responsibility for the defective product. A product you purchased by paying a very high amount is damaged because its parts do not meet quality requirements, and the company dismissively and condescendingly refuses to accept responsibility. I also explained to Ms. Sena how carefully we used the product, but no matter what you say, they do not care about you or what you say. You buy a low-quality vacuum cleaner at an undeserved price, a defect appears in the product, and the company humiliates and victimizes you. I condemn Dyson for this attitude.

Ms. S*** from customer service called and stated that the company does not accept responsibility for the problematic product. I pay a very high price for the product which does not meet the quality requirements. Before the warranty period ends it gets damaged and the company denies its responsibility with a arrogant and superior attitude toward the costomer. I also told Ms. S*** how carefully we use the product but no matter what you say, she does not care about you and what you say. I buy a low quality vacuum cleaner at considerably high price that it does not deserve, the product becomes defective and the company offends and victimizes you. I condemn Dyson for this attitude.
