Service Center Sent Me a Used Dyson V10 Vertical Vacuum After Losing Mine

I sent my Dyson V10 cordless vacuum for service because the power button wasn't working properly. I bought it from dyson.com on December 5, 2023. The vacuum was sent for service on October 23, 2023. I had to get in touch with customer support to update my address because I moved. But because the service staff didn't pay attention, they sent my product to the wrong address, and now I'm dealing with the hassle of returning it. When I got the package on November 23, 2023, I found out that the product had a lot of scratches. I checked the serial number and realized that it wasn't the product I ordered. Instead of getting a brand new product, I got one that was old and worn out. Even though the serial numbers on the parts with the battery are the same, someone put my serial number on top of the original serial number on the bottom of the device. I think the service staff took my device, thinking it was in good condition, and used it for something else. I need you to take action right away, or else I'll have to complain to the authorities.

A response was received. The product was requested from us and it was said that it would be exchanged with a new one, but I still don't trust it until the product arrives to me. If the new product arrives as they said, I will inform you.

Don't trust Dyson, be careful It's been 10 days, they said they would send a new product but they are still saying that it's under review, making fun of us. I regret buying Dyson, don't you regret it. As long as Dyson officials don't reach out to me and resolve the issue, my trust in Dyson is zero. I am telling everyone about the ridiculous incidents and their incompetence...

Although they said they had it in stock, they still haven't sent the product and are now saying it's out of stock, causing a lot of hassle. They are truly number one when it comes to customer dissatisfaction. Shame on you, Dyson; you don't deserve the money paid.
