Dyson Product Delivery Complaint
We have still not received any information SMS regarding the Dyson Humidify+Cool™ PH2 De-NOx Air Purifier (White/Gold) that we paid for and purchased from Dyson’s official website on 23.04.2025. Although the product we paid for and purchased has supposedly been shipped, it has not yet arrived. We have checked both our SMS inbox and email accounts multiple times, but there is no update. When we try to get information through customer service, we either cannot reach anyone or receive vague answers that do not resolve anything. This lack of communication only adds to our frustration. I do not find this company reliable at all. I will never shop from this brand again. Dyson has truly let me down.
