Dyson Spare Air Filter High Price Sales Tactic
t's been 1 year since I bought an air purifier from Dyson, and I haven't been able to find a replacement air filter for more than 2 months. It is neither on their website nor in their stores. I added my e-mail address to the website as a "notify me" and still no call back for 2 months. I talked to so many Dyson representatives that I had to update the e-mail on the site every week, but no one tells me this information, you just wait. It's such a ridiculous system, it would have a list. I tour around Izmir every week to see if it has arrived at the stores, but there is no delivery service. There are 1-2 of them and they are sold directly. It will most likely come into stock when prices rise after the new year. I wish I had chosen another brand. The product remained in my hand and I cannot use it.
