Dyson promised to upgrade my V7 to the V15 Total Clean model, but they misled us. I spent months talking to Dyson customer service about their retirement campaign. They assured me I could reserve the V15, but now they say it's not part of the campaign; a decision made just yesterday, according to them. They claimed it's what the management wants. This morning, a woman called, and it's infuriating because we made our choice and sent our product based on their previous assurances. When we called again, another representative confirmed that the V15 is no longer included. This is my second problem with Dyson Turkey, as they also misled me about a hair curler bag. Their representatives here are disrespectful and dishonest. I asked for my device back, but now I'd rather throw it away than deal with them. I've been a loyal Dyson user for a long time, but these incidents have soured my opinion. I've decided to buy Dyson products from abroad to avoid supporting their unprofessional practices. Dyson Turkey can change their decisions overnight, causing inconvenience to people. It's a shame because Dyson portrays a modern image but lacks the integrity of true professionalism. I hope the CEO understands what it means to inconvenience customers!

No resolution was reached in any way. I was forced to choose the v12 absolute, saying incorrect information was given. Your product is already destroyed the moment you accept and send this campaign, there is no return. I learned this after the events occurred. They never told me. The company never cares about your grievance. I wrote to them from everywhere, and there is absolutely no solution. They don't care if you accept what they say and be satisfied. They are in the mode of "if you don't buy it, we will sell it." From the beginning, v15 Total clean was never included in the campaign, and no one ever said this. In the end, they made it clear that I had no other choice. They sent the payment link on December 6th, and I immediately made the payment so I wouldn't be without a vacuum cleaner for longer. Today is December 9th, and it still hasn't arrived. I received an email saying the payment wasn't received, so I called, and it turned out that my payment wasn't visible in their system, even though my bank confirmed the payment was made. How is this possible? But they do it. So, they haven't even shipped the product yet, who knows when they will send it. The whole communication I experienced, their customer approach, everything is a complete fiasco. Their efforts to compensate for their mistakes are zero, and you can only be this much aggrieved with your money. There is much more to write, but anyway.
The product was finally fixed today, the 11th of the month, after my repeated calls. I'm very curious to see when they will ship it. How long could it take within Istanbul? We will see. When the product arrives, I will write here again so everyone can see what I experienced.
