My new Dyson Hot+Cool Formaldehyde Purifier has left me very displeased. By buying this item, I was hoping to give my home a more pleasant, healthy atmosphere. To my dismay, I have received only negative responses. A powerful and unpleasant odor began wafting out of the purifier the moment I turned it on. This stench is so offensive that anyone who enters the room must ask, "What the heck is that?" I've exhausted every option for eliminating the stench to no avail. I've asked Dyson's support team for help, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. For the life of me, I can't figure out what to do with this product. I'd be happy to give it back if I could, but I know it's not easy to do so in Turkey. I have no idea if I can return this item for a refund or if I can even exchange it. To anyone considering buying a Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde, my strong recommendation is to reconsider. This item is a very expensive and disheartening blunder.
