Dyson Cyclone V10 Extra Loses Charge Quickly, Never Worked on Max Setting

I am very disappointed with my Dyson Cyclone V10 Extra vacuum due to ongoing charging issues. Since the day I bought it, it’s never functioned properly on the max (3rd) setting, forcing me to use it only on the 2nd setting. Now, even on the 2nd setting, the charge only lasts a minute before it dies.

I've had to reach out for service help every three months, and I genuinely feel I received a defective product. Dyson previously assisted through video support, but now they’ve informed me that they can’t offer this option anymore. I’m left unsure whether I need to bring the vacuum to my workplace due to conflicting business hours. I urgently request Dyson to resolve this issue and provide a lasting solution.
