I ordered the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute from https://www.dyson.com.tr/. I received the order confirmation, and the payment was deducted from my bank. However, after 24 hours, I received a message stating, 'We have canceled your order for security reasons.' They mentioned that it would take a week for the refund to be processed. Later, they informed me that the vacuum cleaner is out of stock. I purchased the vacuum, and if there was a security issue, they should allocate the same vacuum to me again.
