Dyson Returned My V12 Order Without Notice and I Lost My ₺4000 Discount
I bought the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute Wireless Vacuum Cleaner from Hepsiburada, where a ₺4000 discount was applied. The seller, Dyson Türkiye, shipped the product, but it was returned before reaching the distribution branch. I contacted Hepsiburada, and instead of resending the product, they issued a refund, causing the ₺4000 coupon to be lost. Despite reporting the issue, no solution was offered, as Hepsiburada claimed Dyson Türkiye applied the discount. I’m requesting that this situation be resolved, as I feel unfairly treated.
