Dyson V11 Total Clean Vacuum Cleaner Order Not Registered

I ordered a DYSON v11 total clean vacuum cleaner from Dyson.com.tr with order number 7001564566. When I talked to customer service to check my order, they said that the order details were not reflected in their system. Black Friday week will end tomorrow. That's why I won't be able to order at a discount again. I received an e-mail from Dyson stating that your order was received and the payment was confirmed by my bank, but I do not understand how customer service cannot see this order. Dyson always advertises to buy products through our website but cannot see the order purchased from its website. I request that my product be sent by DYSON as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll think Dyson is taking overorders from their stock and returning people's money after using them for a while.
