Dyson Airwrap Red Light Issue Prevents Use

I followed the video instructions to clean the filter of my Dyson Airwrap, but even after sending it for service and going through a very tedious process of cleaning and replacement, the light continues to turn on. My device only runs for a brief period of time before abruptly stopping. I am having trouble styling my hair in this particular way and I am not getting the desired results with the product I am using. I require a resolution for this problem.
