I bought the Dyson 11 pure cool air purifier in 2017, I used it a maximum of 20 times and I reported by e-mail that it did not clean the air in my house. They called and informed me immediately, they said that they will end my device but give me a coupon or sth, I said that if your other, newer models are good, I want to buy them. Thanking them, I shipped the product well and shipped it to where they wanted and today I was called and they said they would give 1000 TL. I delivered almost a brand new product and they said that I could not use it because it was useless and that this was the price they stated that they would help. Likewise, as a result of my research on the internet, I heard that they gave a 25% discount code at worst, and even for half the price of my product, I thought that they would do this because they gave it to even half the price of my product, and they would see if they looked at second-hand sites. It is a pity and I did not approve of you doing this even though I have many Dyson products in my home. Please find a solution to this victimization.
