Brand-New Dyson V10 Arrived With Stuck Dust Container, Can’t Use It

-I received my Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner today, which I ordered directly from Dyson’s official website, but I’m unable to open the dust container. I previously purchased the same model and experienced the exact same issue — when I took that one to the store, even the staff couldn’t open the bin and advised me to return it. After a long break, I decided to give the product another try, but the new unit also has the same problem. When I try to force it open, I can hear a clicking sound.
Experiencing the same malfunction twice has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I request a replacement for this defective Dyson V10 unit.
