About an hour ago, I purchased a Dyson Cyclone V10 cordless stick vacuum cleaner from the Akasya Dyson store. I was shocked and deeply disappointed upon opening the box at home to find significant scratches on both main cleaning heads. Worse yet, the vacuum’s dust bin appeared dirty and scratched, clearly indicating prior use! Additionally, the dust bin release button isn't functioning properly.
I immediately attempted to reach Dyson customer support at approximately 9:30 PM, but the helpline (08505321144) informed me support isn't available after 9 PM. I even contacted Akasya Shopping Mall, but the alternative number they provided (0537*****62) was unresponsive as well.
It's outrageous that Dyson would sell such an expensive vacuum without proper inspection, allowing used and damaged products to be passed onto customers unknowingly. What if someone older had bought this without noticing these faults?
